I am an independent professional practitioner with over thirty years experience working within the field of Mental health. I am a Registered mental health Nurse who has undertaken extensive post registration training to include the post graduate diploma in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) at the prestigious CBT centre in Newcastle with accreditation from Durham University.

I have the ability and expertise to work clinically with referred clients with the central aim of increasing their understanding of presenting problems and working towards change and ease of emotional distress.

My clinics are currently based in Newton Aycliffe which has good transportation routes via the A1 Motorway. I am able to offer the flexibility of evening, and some weekend appointments.
