Payment - Payment can be made by cash or cheque (accompanied by bankers card at the end of each session

Cancellations - A minimum of 24 hours noticed is required for all cancellations. Failure to do so will mean a 50% charge will be made

Termination of therapy - Sessions me be terminated at any point by either the client or myself

Urgency - I will always endeavour to see referrals as soon as possible. The aim is to offer initial appointments within 4 weeks of first contact

Reports - When relevant an outcome report will be submitted prior to completion of therapy. however if a more comprehensive report is required this will carry a negotiated fee.
